Set and uphold a high creative standard across all projects and campaigns
Guide the development of campaign concepts aligned to client strategy
Ensure creative work is both impactful and commercially effective
Provide hands-on creative input where needed across concept, design and content direction
Mentor and coach creative team members to improve craft and confidence
Support the growth of internal and offshore teams through regular feedback and collaboration
Build a culture of strong thinking, innovation and continuous improvement
Act as a senior creative partner to clients, providing strategic input and guidance
Clearly articulate creative thinking in meetings and presentations
Work closely with account teams to shape direction and delivery
Review work in progress and provide clear, actionable feedback
Act as a final quality checkpoint before work is delivered
Identify and improve creative processes and workflows
Ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand and strategy
Interpret and challenge creative briefs to ensure clarity and direction
Support prioritisation and workload management across the creative team
Collaborate with production, vendors and external partners where needed
Flag resourcing or delivery risks early
Requirements
Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Lead within an agency environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across multiple channels
Experience working with complex or enterprise clients, ideally within B2B or regulated sectors
Ability to balance hands-on creative work with leadership responsibilities
Strong communication skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
Experience mentoring and developing creative teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
