Requirements
Several years of experience in SME B2B sales, ideally in Software/SaaS sales, technology sales or comparable offerings
Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade via phone, email and in-person meetings, demonstrating confidence and enthusiasm
Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a keen ability to identify customer needs
Motivated to scale together with a growing company
Occasional business travel within the DACH region (customers, partners or trade shows)
