Act as the key business owner for our global SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring scalability through process automation and standardization in collaboration with the CIO.
Manage and mentor a team of 20+ people (5 direct reports), fostering a culture of excellence and international collaboration.
Oversee the periodic and consolidated closing processes (IFRS/HGB) and maintain gold-standard relationships with external auditors and partners.
Lead by example and drive subject-matter expertise through hands-on skills and deep process knowledge.

15+ years of finance experience, with a strong emphasis on Global Accounting and Audit.
Big 4 experience is a plus, but proven corporate experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Extensive experience managing international accounting structures and a deep understanding of global financial compliance.
Successfully led or played a major role in a global SAP S/4HANA implementation and knows how to build scalable processes.
Passionate about mentoring professionals with a track record of leading teams of 20+ through change.
Excellent command of English is required; professional proficiency in German is also required (does not need to be native).
