Design high-quality, intuitive UX/UI for our SaaS platform—from user flows to final UI
Concept, prototype, and iterate on conversational and task-oriented AI agent experiences (chat, voice, and UI-embedded)
Own and maintain our Figma-based design system and component library
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity in development—including tight loops with our ML team to translate model capabilities into usable agent behaviours
Work directly with market researchers, sales, and healthcare professionals to gather insights and test ideas
Conduct light research and usability testing where needed
Design for scale while retaining clarity and simplicity
Help shape the future vision of the platform through design-led thinking
Requirements
3–7 years of experience designing web products (SaaS preferred)
Strong Figma skills—component systems, tokens, and responsive design
Have shipped—or are eager to ship—interfaces for AI agents, chatbots, or other intelligent assistants
Have worked on or built a design system from scratch
Are proactive, independent, and collaborative
Love working closely with teams across sales, product, and research
