5 + years in a content marketing role and previous experience in B2B, ideally in fintech, banking, payments, or similar
Native or near-native English proficiency, German proficiency is a big plus
A proven ability to translate complex technical or financial products into clear, engaging content
Strong storytelling and editorial instincts, with sharp attention to detail
Experience creating research-based, insight-led content that delivers real audience value
Solid project management skills; you can run multiple initiatives without dropping the ball
Familiarity with SEO, a collaborative mindset, and comfort with modern tools: CMS platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows
