Own day-to-day management of paid media across Google Search, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Programmatic/Display, CTV, and Paid Social
Plan, forecast, and manage monthly and quarterly media budgets with a focus on CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC efficiency
Work with agency partners to optimize bidding, audience targeting, creative, and landing pages to drive scalable, profitable growth
Identify opportunities to improve incrementality and reduce media waste across channels
Own strategy and execution for discount programs, employer perks, affinity partnerships, and perksite marketplaces
Manage relationships with perksite partners and aggregators, ensuring accurate offers, timely updates, and strong visibility
Evaluate performance of discount-driven acquisition, balancing volume, CPA efficiency, and customer quality/LTV
Partner with finance, legal, and product teams to structure offers that drive acquisition without eroding margin
Develop testing frameworks to assess incrementality and cannibalization of discount-based traffic
Build and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and partner-driven channels
Lead structured testing roadmaps for offers, discounts, messaging, and placement across paid and partner channels
Translate performance insights into optimization opportunities across media and perks programs
Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance-driven messaging, including discount and value-based offers
Ensure consistent brand representation across paid media and partner/perks environments
Partner with lifecycle and retention teams to align discount acquisition with long-term value and retention strategies
Own performance reporting across paid media and discount/perks channels, delivering clear insights to stakeholders
Analyze cohort performance to understand LTV, retention, and churn differences between discounted vs. non-discounted customers
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, attribution tools, and MMM (if applicable)
Manage external media agencies and partner platforms, ensuring accountability and performance against goals
Negotiate placements, fees, and promotional opportunities with perksite partners when applicable
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
Hands-on experience managing media buying and performance channels
Experience managing or partnering with discount programs, perksites, or affinity/partner marketing channels preferred
Strong analytical skills with a focus on incrementality, CPA efficiency, and LTV
Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, product, creative, CRO and analytics teams
Proven experience utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior and campaign performance preferred
Experience managing day-to-day operations with affiliate networks and aggregators e.g., Impact.com, including link management, asset distribution, CRO and commission tracking
Experience in insurance, healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses preferred
Familiarity with employee benefit platforms, loyalty programs, or partner marketplaces
Experience with MMM, attribution modeling, or incrementality testing
Prior experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments
