Actively collect and share market insights with our product and marketing teams, providing structured feedback to support continuous improvement.
Optimize CRM usage for efficiency, collaborating with our technical team on demos and integrations to enhance the client experience.
Coach and develop the sales team, sharing best practices on tools, client conversations, and overall sales strategy.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent education and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a B2B commercial role.
Ideally, proven success in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT services.
A results-driven sales hunter mindset with an insatiable curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.
Fluent communicator and strong negotiator in both German and English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent networking skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
High degree of autonomy and self-motivation, with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales planning, and excellent organizational skills.
