Provides early intervention services in the child and family’s natural environment (home, childcare, etc.).
Examines and treats children with physical impairments and difficulties.
Completes child assessments concerning developmental, educational, and social skills/abilities.
Participates in family interviews and development of Individualized Family Service Plans.
Evaluates the child’s response to treatment/intervention and adjusts recommendations as required.
Requirements
Level I: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Oklahoma license as an Occupational Therapist issued by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Level II: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Oklahoma license as an Occupational Therapist issued by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, plus one year of professional experience.
Level III: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Oklahoma license, plus three years of professional experience.
Level IV: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Oklahoma license, plus four years of professional experience.
A letter of eligibility issued by the Oklahoma Board will be accepted for Level I.
Background check and legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
