Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and setting up accounting processes
Experience in stakeholder management, in particular dealing with tax advisors and tax authorities
Able to independently take responsibility for small projects
Hands-on posting experience in at least one accounting system, e.g., DATEV, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft NAV or similar
Experience in at least one additional accounting specialty, e.g., OSS, intercompany allocations, IFRS, payroll; familiarity with additional software systems such as LucaNet
Advanced knowledge of process automation and accounting tools
Fluent written and spoken German and good knowledge of English
High work ethic and ability to work independently
Responsible and conscientious approach to work
Strong organizational skills and a precise way of working
Excellent communication skills and an open, authentic personality
