Define, lead, and execute Truist Audit Services’ enterprise AI vision, strategy, and operating model.
Provide strategic leadership to advance the use of artificial intelligence and automation across TAS.
Serve as the AI leader for Internal Audit, translating emerging AI capabilities into scalable solutions.
Lead and maintain the multi year Audit AI strategy and roadmap.
Identify and prioritize high impact AI and analytics use cases across the audit lifecycle.
Define value measures for AI adoption.
Oversee TAS AI governance.
Establish and enforce controls for responsible AI use.
Partner with Technology and Data teams to implement controlled, auditable AI solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, or a related field
10 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Data Intelligence
Familiarity with AI and GenAI concepts and their practical applications in business processes
Experience supporting technology‑enabled or analytics‑driven initiatives in a large organization
Ability to translate business needs into clear AI use cases and partner with technical teams on solution delivery
Understanding of responsible AI practices, data protection, and basic governance considerations
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI‑related topics to senior leadership
Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and supporting organizational change
