Fraud Change Risk Execution Consultant I

Role Overview

• Execute for Fraud Department on Enterprise Change methodology requirements
• Assist in documentation of risks & controls for project scope
• Prepare project Points of Contact for ECRE process
• Advise on identification, documentation and approval of Risks, Controls, and Mitigation Plans
• Ensure adherence to the design expectations
• Participate in weekly/ongoing project meetings
• Own significant portions of the ECRE Execution process
• Accountable to ECRM Quality Metrics for ECRE Program Execution
• Communicate opportunities to collaborate on process improvements

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent education, or commensurate training and work-related experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to problem solve or pivot direction quickly
• Self-starter, highly motivated, change agent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and leadership skills
• Ability to speak, present and provide engagement for Executive Summary presentations
• Experience in applying problem solving toolsets
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications
• Demonstrated time-management skills
• Solid understanding of program and project management disciplines
• Ability to work in a fast paced, highly complex environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
