Planning, operation and maintenance of the entire information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure
Provisioning, setup and commissioning of technical devices, as well as installation of hardware and software
Commissioning and configuration of system and network components
Monitoring to ensure systems are up-to-date, operational and secure
Primary contact and advisor for technical problems, incidents and questions from internal users
Troubleshooting incidents, including root cause analysis and planning preventive measures
Management and assignment of user accounts and access permissions
Planning, coordinating and performing regular software updates

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a degree in Computer Science/Mathematics or Business Informatics, or comparable qualification through several years of professional experience, preferably with macOS, Linux and Windows
Some experience with current client and server operating systems
Conscientious, independent, goal

Enthusiasm for new developments and technologies
Strong written and spoken German and English skills
