Administration, maintenance and optimization of the IT infrastructure, especially in the production environment.
Support and maintenance of servers, networks and workstations to ensure stable IT operations.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.
Performing fault analysis and identifying and resolving technical issues.
Monitoring IT security and implementing protective measures to ensure system stability.
Supporting the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.
Documenting IT processes and creating user guides for end users and IT colleagues.

Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or a comparable field.
At least three years of professional experience in IT system administration, preferably with experience in a production environment.
Broad IT know-how with solid knowledge of server and network technologies.
Experience with virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) as well as Windows and Linux environments.
Basic understanding of IT security concepts and backup strategies.
Independent, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills.
Very good German and/or English language skills, spoken and written (C1/C2 level).
