Handle inbound sales inquiries from Swiss and German-speaking prospects (and French if possible) and guide them through the product from both technical and business perspectives
Support customers throughout the entire onboarding and setup process, ensuring a smooth and successful start with amnis
Understand customer needs and pain points and match appropriate amnis solutions, including FX, payments, cards, and additional services
Convince and upsell customers through value-based product pitching during onboarding and ongoing usage
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, compliance, and product teams
Contribute to internal improvements to continuously enhance customer experience and processes
Requirements
Strong (near-native) (Swiss-) German and good English skills (company language is English). French is a plus.
Experience or interest in sales, customer onboarding, account management, or customer support in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
Affinity for consultative / solution-oriented selling
Interest in or basic knowledge of payments, FX, or payment cards
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions
Team-player mentality with a hands-on attitude
