Manage a portfolio of SMB clients advertising on our Client’s platform, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, media objectives, and challenges, providing tailored advertising strategies that drive measurable results.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio, leveraging full suite of ad solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimise advertising strategies.
Work with performance targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention objectives.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMB clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Salesforce, including account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
Adapt quickly to evolving client needs, platform updates, and shifting business priorities.
Requirements
C2 level of English (written and spoken).
At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role, with the ability to quickly build rapport and drive client growth.
Strong capability in creating and presenting digital advertising strategies tailored to small and medium-sized businesses.
BA/BS degree preferred, or demonstrated career progression showing strong functional expertise.
Expert Account Management: Proven track record of retaining and growing an SMB client portfolio, with strong consultative and influencing skills.
Comprehensive Service Focus: Prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a focus on issue resolution, client satisfaction, and process improvement.
Resourceful Adaptation: Ability to quickly understand new business models, platform updates, and client challenges, adapting efficiently to evolving needs.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus.
Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
