Elicit and manage functional and non-functional requirements (security, retention, performance, supportability) and translate them into prioritized epics/stories and backlogs.
Develop solution designs and integration approaches, including options/trade-offs (value, cost, risk, time, operability) and recommended paths forward.
Partner with the PDO to define scope, milestones, dependencies, roles/ownership, and cutover approach; provide architecture guidance through delivery to reduce rework and improve adoption.
Contribute as a core ARB participant by preparing submissions, presenting options, incorporating feedback, and ensuring decisions/exceptions are documented and traceable.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, retention/eDiscovery, auditability, compliance, and operability, especially across cloud, data governance, and integration patterns.
Maintain current solution-level artifacts (process maps, context diagrams, data flows/lineage, interface contracts/catalog) and ensure documentation is created/owned by the right domain teams using approved templates.
Define/track KPIs (adoption, cycle time, quality, productivity, risk reduction), use insights for continuous improvement, and present risks/recommendations with clear options to leadership.
