About this role

Managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong, trusted relationships
Developing and executing account plans to support client success and growth
Leading client meetings, QBRs and renewal conversations
Identifying upsell opportunities and supporting revenue growth
Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
Mentoring and supporting Account Managers in day-to-day activities
Improving processes and driving consistency across the team
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Business Services
Monitoring account health, risks and performance metrics

Experience managing complex client accounts in a SaaS or service-based environment
Ability to balance hands-on account management with team leadership or mentoring
Track record of improving customer retention and growing accounts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams
