Role Overview
- Collaborate in the detailed preparation of projects, layouts and floor plans, ensuring alignment with the concept and construction teams.
- Assist in supervising construction execution to ensure projects are implemented according to plan.
- Contribute to schedule management and maintain budgetary control throughout project phases.
- Coordinate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with the company's technical and safety requirements.
- Support interaction with internal stakeholders (concept team) and external stakeholders (franchisees and shopping centers) to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Review and reconcile complementary project drawings, such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism.
- Proven experience in developing executive (construction-ready) projects and monitoring construction.
- Experience in the retail sector will be considered a relevant advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Advanced) and SketchUp (Intermediate/Advanced).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Desirable knowledge of MS Project (or similar) and Revit.
