Monitor and maintain supplier balances ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking.
Proactively identify and resolve supplier-side issues, escalating where necessary.
Serve as the primary operational contact for vendor partners, handling accounting-related queries and day-to-day account management.
Oversee wholesale invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure long-term operational efficiency.

Prior experience in account management, operations, or a similar role involving financial workflows and partner communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks without dropping the ball.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you'll be the go-to person for both internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work independently, identify issues proactively, and follow through to resolution.
