Role Overview
Analyze operational workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Work with operational and performance data to surface trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Develop frameworks and visual tools that help leaders understand complex systems and make informed decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, clinical leadership, and other teams through interviews and working sessions
Use AI and generative AI tools to support research, data synthesis, and analysis tasks
Translate findings into clear recommendations and present insights to internal audiences, including senior leadership
Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the organization's ability to scale and deliver high-quality services
Requirements
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in business, economics, data science, public policy, data analytics, engineering, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date in 2027 or 2028
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel and/or data visualization tools
Available to work up to 25 hours per week
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Enthusiasm for remote work and "cameras on" collaboration.
Previous internship or project experience in operations, strategy, data analytics, or a related field (preferred)
Exposure to AI or generative AI tools for research, analysis, or workflow automation (preferred)
Interest in education, healthcare, or social impact organizations (preferred).
