Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain customer records and collaborate with business managers to generate invoices.
Analyze and process company expenses, including employee reimbursement claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Upload and record financial transactions in the accounting system.
Assist accounting team for month end tasks as assigned.
Perform additional ad hoc tasks and support financial operations as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience and familiarity with SAP/Oracle or other similar large systems is an asset
Working experience or Co-op experience is a plus
