Senior Communications Analyst – Public Relations, Social Media Management

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the PR/press agency
• Develop, review and approve press releases, statements and institutional content
• Maintain active relationships with journalists and media outlets
• Coordinate and guide the PR agency (e.g., liaise with the current agency)
• Monitor and analyze media coverage (clippings and results)
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Support institutional positions with a critical and technical perspective
• Ensure message consistency and alignment with company strategy
• Support senior leadership in crafting messaging and presentations
• Prepare executives for media interactions (media training)
• Develop and review supporting materials for events and official communications
• Manage corporate social media channels, with a focus on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and Instagram
• Plan and execute the editorial calendar
• Monitor performance and manage social media metrics
• Integrate PR and social media strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in corporate communications at large companies/industries
• Direct experience with the press and media relations
• Experience managing communication/PR agencies
• Excellent writing skills and experience producing press releases
• Analytical, critical and technically minded profile
• Experience with communication metrics (press and social media)
• Advanced English
