Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for senior leadership.
Coordinate travel arrangements and conference registrations.
Prepare, format, and edit Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Process expense reports accurately and on time.
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage inbound and outbound communications.
Provide event planning and logistical support for internal and external meetings.
Support meeting preparation by coordinating agendas, developing PowerPoint materials, and assisting with special projects and leadership offsites.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting executives or senior business leaders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Workday, Egencia, or similar expense and travel platforms.
Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to work independently while exercising discretion maintaining comfortable supporting senior executives and leadership teams across multiple time zones.
Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment.
