Role Overview
- Identify and qualify sales leads to schedule meetings with prospective clients for our sales representatives
- Proactively reach out to leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email, focusing on engagement and meeting scheduling
- Understand prospects' needs and present solutions aligned with their accounting and tax requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring the quality of generated opportunities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and activities in the CRM
- Identify pains, challenges, and opportunities in leads, using a consultative approach
- Work alongside sales representatives to ensure an efficient commercial process flow, from qualification through to closing
Requirements
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Good communication skills and ease in building relationships
- Organized with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment
- Interest in the commercial/sales area and a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with technology and web-based systems
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously on a day-to-day basis
