Preparation and posting of invoices
Support in optimizing our financial processes
Monitoring and execution of payment transactions
Dunning and collections
Reviewing and coding incoming invoices
Maintenance and management of fixed asset accounting
Identifying potential improvements in existing workflows
Point of contact internally and externally for accounting and tax-related questions.

Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., tax clerk)
Further qualification in financial accounting or certified balance sheet accounting is a plus
At least 3 years’ professional experience in Finance & Accounting
Ideally experienced in an agency environment
Experience with SAP B1 and/or DATEV
Strong Excel skills
Structured and proactive working style
Ability to prioritize under pressure
Analytical aptitude and the ability to explain complex financial matters clearly
Honesty, loyalty and confidentiality are a matter of course.
