Role Overview
- Identify business issues and develop solutions involving workflow procedures or technologies
- Collaborate with the Product Team to create Business Cases
- Coordinate process changes and production implementations
- Represent business unit in corporate initiatives
- Provide effective communication with stakeholders
- Align with Epic Owner and Product Manager on project scope
- Break down complex initiatives into manageable features and user stories
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to prioritize features
- Translate high-level feature requirements into actionable user stories
- Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and ensure understanding
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of business experience including progressive business analysis experience supporting significant business initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving techniques
- Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder meetings
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
