The Sr. Product Manager partners closely with assigned product and business teams to define solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives, with a focus on logistics and operational workflows supporting kit and sample movement.
This role is responsible for defining the product roadmap and driving end-to-end delivery for a product area or user journey.
Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, design and other cross-functional partners, the Sr. Product Manager facilitates roadmap execution and advances product development for a defined set of digital solutions and logistics-driven customer and operational experiences.
This position leads business requirement gathering, analyzes the problem space to define user stories and acceptance criteria, and ultimately verifies the work generated by the development teams meets stakeholders’ requirements.
The Sr. Product Manager supports product teams by contributing to projects of medium complexity and ensures business, user, and technology needs are met through continuous analysis, iteration, solutioning, and delivery—particularly across logistics domains such as kit fulfillment, inventory visibility, shipment tracking, and sample logistics workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience.
5 years of relevant professional experience as outlined in the essential duties.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services.
Experience applying techniques and methods of modern product management, product discovery, and product delivery – along with expertise with product management platforms and tools.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate the development of product vision, strategic roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy for services and products as part of a broader end-to-end user experience.
Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
Advanced business analysis skills including, but not limited to, process and user flow definition and business KPIs.
Advanced skills in translating complex user, business, operational, and technical requirements into clear epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Some experience with A/B testing, user testing, user interviews, and conversions funnels.
Experience engaging with engineers, designers, researchers, SMEs, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship where you can both learn and influence.
