Development and successful acquisition of new business revenue from new and existing clients.
Prospect sectors or market areas by identifying business needs and proposing company products and services.
Obtain prospects and actively pursue and create interest by making telephone calls, writing letters or through personal visits.
Maintain currency and further develop expertise in declared sector or market area by networking and participating in professional development activities.
Properly record mileage and retain receipts for expenses incurred in servicing and meeting with clients.
Expense reports are to be filed monthly.
Any other duties as deemed necessary by your Supervisor.
Requirements
Valid Life & Health Insurance License
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management or related field
Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy declaration page, summary plan descriptions, certification of coverage, instruction manuals, workflow reports, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
