Role Overview
- Reading and interpreting briefs with the commercial team and clients
- Full planning and execution of events (pre-, during and post-event)
- Conducting technical site visits and registering venues
- Preparing, controlling and optimizing budgets
- Negotiation and contracting of suppliers/vendors
- Creating timelines, checklists and descriptive specification documents
- Event logistical coordination
- On-site supervision of deliveries
- Liaison with internal departments (creative, procurement, finance)
- Project financial close-out
Requirements
- Solid experience producing corporate events
- Full lifecycle experience: from briefing to post-event
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and challenging deadlines
- Proactive, solution-oriented profile with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and strategic production vision
- Plus: experience in event agencies and brand activations
- Bachelor's degree
