Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for retailer-facing marketing requests, managing ad hoc needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups across internal and external partners
Own end-to-end PDP and digital asset execution for all launches and optimizations across key retail partners, including copy briefing, asset coordination, and submission via retailer systems (PXM, PIM, etc.)
Manage all supporting digital assets (imagery, video, UGC, swatches, alt assets), ensuring accuracy and completeness through post-launch QA and retailer follow-ups
Lead cross-functional coordination across Creative, Social, Sales, and Ecomm teams to deliver assets on time and aligned to retailer requirements.
Support and execute product review programs and syndication efforts (e.g., PinchMe, PowerReviews)
Maintain retailer marketing calendars and track brand exposure across channels (site, email, social, app)
Support ongoing retailer needs including marketing requests, sampling/gratis, and campaign execution, ensuring timely responses in a fast-paced environment
Drive field tool briefs and execution for in-store activations and key campaigns
Track and report on retailer exposure and performance across North America and international markets
Requirements
2–4+ years experience in beauty, retail marketing, or eCommerce with direct experience working with a retailer like Sephora and/or Ulta
Hands-on experience managing PDPs, digital assets, or product launches
Familiarity with retailer systems (PXM, PIM) or similar platforms
Highly organized with strong project management and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Excellent written communication (email + Slack) and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of both large projects and smaller operational tasks.
