Independently handle customer orders on-site and remotely for the Aachen area
Set up Windows-based networks consisting of clients and servers
Document completed projects and hand over to the support team
Diagnose and analyze technical problems and faults
Support the support team with on-site customer visits
Install and configure software and hardware
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, service-oriented communication
Independently develop efficient solution approaches
Closely collaborate and maintain ongoing communication with the team

You have completed vocational training or a degree in IT or a comparable qualification
You already have practical experience
You hold a valid Class B driving licence
You are outgoing and enjoy direct contact with people
You enjoy solving IT problems and tackling technical challenges
You are willing to take on responsibility
You already have solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
You have experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam, Microsoft 365 (M365)
