Manage all reports and tracking information for assigned projects
Communicate regularly with builder personnel, designers, sales team, and managers.
Assists with data entry and documents management
Identifies opportunities for process improvement
Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor
Audits design paperwork for accuracy.
Assists Design Center Manager as needed
Prepares designer files for appointments
Orders office and design center supplies, greets customers, and maintains office equipment
Answers phones, greet customers, schedules, and coordinates DC appointments
Works with Design Center Manager and vendors to correctly sample and display programs in showrooms. Maintains showroom and displays
Requirements
High School or equivalent
Desired experience, 3-5 years administrative/clerical (builder experience a plus)
Knowledge of Microsoft tools, excel proficiency.
Strong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process.
