Dealing with customer complaints via phones or e-mails
Requirements
Very Good German (writing and speaking)
Good English
Strong communications skills
Ability to work under time pressure
Soft skills: problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making
Ability to deal with multiple tasks
At least six months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
