Plan, coordinate and follow up on engineering projects from concept through delivery.
Prepare, monitor and revise schedules, ensuring established milestones are met.
Perform cost analysis and control, proposing adjustments when necessary to maintain the planned budget.
Track and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of expectations.
Manage internal and external teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes development and high performance.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, legal requirements and corporate policies.
Lead technical alignment and status update meetings.
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Develop, review and continuously improve processes and workflows related to project management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Production or related) and/or Business Administration.
Solid experience coordinating engineering projects.
Strong command of cost management, schedule preparation and tracking, and scope control.
Solid knowledge of process management and project methodologies (PMI, Lean, etc.).
Knowledge in electrical systems (differential/plus).
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
