Opening, assessment and settlement of claims for agricultural lines, including rural pledge (penhor rural), property improvements (benfeitorias), crop/agricultural and various other risks;
In-person and virtual meetings with external and internal clients;
Customer service for policyholders and brokers;
Follow-up and management of service providers;
Preparation of managerial and operational reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance Management, or related fields such as Agronomy;
Experience in claims analysis and settlement within Agricultural lines, with possible exposure to rural pledge (penhor rural), property improvements (benfeitorias) and various other risks;
Experience participating in claims-related projects (a plus);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage;
Self-management, excellence in service to internal and external customers, a critical mindset for process improvement and innovation, and the ability to handle a high volume of requests across multiple channels.
