Role Overview
- Provide comprehensive oversight support to oversight teams for Sun Life Financial Distribution
- Identify risks through data analysis and trending
- Deliver timely reporting and maintain up-to-date trackers
- Manage team inboxes and correspondence
- Execute Quality Assurance video reviews
- Support data and other requests from regulatory bodies and lead digital program enhancements
Requirements
- Strong technical and digital capabilities
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Experienced in SharePoint and tracking system management
- Able to use technical tools for Survey design and management
- Knowledge of Insurance products, internal systems and processes
- Organized, and able to prioritize and adapt to multiple requests efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required for Quebec
