Leads payroll execution for assigned LATAM countries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Maintains clear ownership of all payroll processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
Supports first-time quality in payroll execution by managing program metrics: helps define and track KPIs and ensures performance meets target measures.
Ensures robust payroll process documentation and training for internal and external teams.
Facilitates issue resolution and engages with CloudPay and TCS representatives to align on features, integrations, and issue resolution (pre
and post-payroll).
Analyzes and helps interpret complex policies and in-country regulatory payroll requirements.
Drives continuous improvement and standardization across payroll operations and systems.
Collaborates with other Boeing organizations (e.g., Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, regional Business Support Managers) to support cross-organizational payroll processes.
Manages relationships with external payroll vendors, auditors, and HMRC, ensuring service levels and compliance are maintained.
Partners with Finance on payroll accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensures payroll operations are fully compliant with statutory requirements across the LATAM region.
Maintains and improves compliance through enhanced internal controls and guidelines aligned to regulatory requirements.
Proactively identifies risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and implements corrective actions as required.
Leads initiatives to optimize payroll processes through automation, system enhancements, and improved data integrity.
Monitors payroll performance metrics and drives service excellence.
Stays current with changes in regional payroll legislation and assesses impacts on payroll operations.
Requirements
Must have existing legal authorization to work in Brazil.
Proficient in verbal and written English and Portuguese.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
Payroll experience managing LATAM countries.
Practical experience with at least one global payroll platform and with vendor-managed payroll environments.
Prior exposure to payroll reconciliations, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting.
