About this role
Role Overview
- Manages project management operations of a small team within FS&A Analytics to iteratively deliver features on the product roadmap
- Establishes a new agile operating rhythm for the FS&A analytics team
- Serves as the accountable “face” of the analytics project portfolio
- Monitors and reports on team progress and performance
- Identifies and addresses any issues or blockers within the team
- Coordinates with other team Leads and Product Managers
- Combines technical knowledge and experience with agile methods
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience as a scrum master, release train engineer or equivalent role managing development of a portfolio of projects
- 5+ years of experience working in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
