You develop cross-channel, long-term strategic client strategies and challenge the social media strategies you receive from the Creative Strategist
You take the lead for large key accounts and take ownership of the ongoing development of your clients
You lead large, cross-functional project teams consisting of Organic, Paid Media, Paid Content and Production talents
You help prepare pitches for new clients and take projects on from the very beginning – from strategy development to excellent execution. As Project Lead you maintain an overview of the entire project
You work closely with your team, which includes Social Media, Creative Design, Strategy and Influencer Marketing talents
You collaborate closely with the Growth team on pitches
As a Social Media Expert you are a trailblazer in your team and mentor and develop our talents from junior to senior level

You have 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in an agency
You are familiar with the relevant financial/business metrics used in daily agency operations and understand how they interrelate
You have independently managed multiple projects in parallel, from inquiry to billing, and are familiar with the key KPIs for organic social
You demonstrate strong project management experience, enjoy client contact and have experience in pitches
You have previously led and developed major clients such as TEDi, JACOBS or e.ON
You bring an independent, organized and responsible working style with a strong hands-on mentality
Advising clients in German and English is not a challenge for you
