You document key community observations and share your insights with the team in a structured manner.

You are an active Reddit user with a strong sense of the platform's culture and dynamics.
You understand memes, abbreviations, running jokes, and the unwritten rules of different communities.
You can recognize different communication styles and trends and explain them clearly and contextually.
You are interested in online communities, internet culture, and digital discourse.
You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
You have good written and spoken English skills.
