You are responsible for the strategic conception and further development of UGC and social media strategies for complex clients
You oversee project management at a senior level and are accountable for the quality and achievement of objectives for all initiatives
You develop data-driven, platform-specific strategies with a clear focus on performance and business impact
You lead editorial and campaign planning and coordinate their implementation across teams
You analyze cross-channel performance, derive strategic recommendations, and present results at the client level
You manage creator and influencer collaborations at a strategic level and develop scalable approaches
You are responsible for the overall planning and quality assurance of productions and shoots
You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders, optimizing processes and collaboration
You actively support pitches and the sales team with strategic and conceptual input
You provide mentoring and subject-matter leadership within the team and support the development of team members

You have at least 4–6 years of experience in project or account management in the social media field and ideally have agency experience
You are passionate about social media outcomes as well as sourcing and communicating with various creators/influencers
You are highly familiar with post and ad formats across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest)
You have managed clients from various industries and of varying sizes
Your outstanding presentation skills convince both internal and external stakeholders
You are comfortable on camera and have experience producing/filming your own content
You work in a solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independent manner
Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally during the year to accompany shoots
Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
