About this role
Role Overview
Content creation: writing captions, viral hooks, and short-form video scripts
Community management: running accounts, responding to comments and DMs
Editorial strategy: planning and scheduling posts for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
Monitoring & trends: spotting trends early and adapting them for our clients
Performance analysis: tracking KPIs (reach, engagement, growth), reporting
Collaboration: working with the editing and motion design teams to produce impactful content
Requirements
Currently studying digital communication, marketing, journalism or an equivalent field
Excellent written French — able to write attention-grabbing copy
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts formats and conventions
Creative, autonomous, curious, and proactive
Comfortable with planning tools (Notion, Trello, Google Workspace)
Having an active TikTok or Instagram account is a major plus
