You lead an ambitious team of 8–10 experts focused on Social Media, Creative Design, and Creative Strategy, providing both subject-matter guidance and line management.
You act as a point of contact for major clients, support strategic project management for some of the most exciting consumer brands on the market, and help drive business development.
You monitor financial KPIs such as margin, utilization, and contribution margin, and proactively identify discrepancies.
You serve as the structured interface between clients, internal teams, and project success.

You have 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in an agency, and have previously led larger teams (at least 5 people).
You are familiar with the relevant financial metrics in day-to-day agency operations and understand how they interrelate.
You have independently managed projects from inquiry to billing and are familiar with the key KPIs for Organic & Paid Social.
You bring strong project management experience, enjoy client-facing work, and have experience participating in pitches.
You have an independent, organized, and responsible working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
You are comfortable advising clients in both German and English.
