You will assume functional and disciplinary leadership of a new team made up of Creative Designers and Social Media Managers.
This includes capacity planning, team organization and the professional development of team members.
In regular 1:1s you capture the current wellbeing of your team members, identify needs for action early and support them with any necessary next steps.
You monitor financial KPIs such as margin, utilization and contribution margin and proactively identify discrepancies.
Using your commercial understanding, you derive concrete measures for project and team management to resolve challenges.
You will work on your own client accounts and act as a strategic project manager.
You keep track of all key tasks and deadlines, coordinate project stakeholders and develop the client relationship with your professional expertise.
You collaborate with our Growth team on client pitches to help expand our business.

You have 5+ years of experience in an agency and are now seeking the next career step as a Team Lead.
You have a strong sense for people and their needs and can provide guidance through your expertise.
You know the relevant financial metrics used in agency operations and understand how they relate to each other.
You have independently managed projects from brief to billing and are familiar with the key KPIs in Paid Social.
You demonstrate strong project management experience, enjoy client contact and have experience participating in pitches.
You bring a self-directed, organized and responsible working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
Advising clients in German and English is not a challenge for you.
