Primary point of contact for our pharmaceutical and industry partners in the field of Medical Education
Manage projects from concept through publication on the Medudy platform
Structure and plan learning content in close coordination with partners and the editorial team
Organize and moderate kick-offs, feedback rounds and approvals
Translate medical-scientific topics into effective learning concepts and curricula
Advise on didactic structure, learning objectives and implementation in digital formats
Ensure the quality, consistency and relevance of content
Work closely with physicians, medical writers and designers
Further develop and standardize our processes in project and content management
Implement efficient tools and workflows (e.g., AI-supported processes)
Monitor timelines, budgets and quality metrics
Identify new topics and formats in collaboration with partners
Support proposal development and strategic planning of new medical education projects
Monitor medical trends and regulatory developments

Degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, public health, medical education or a related field
Several years of project management experience in medical education, scientific communication or a healthcare agency
Ability to understand medical content and learning objectives and to structure them didactically
Experience collaborating with pharmaceutical companies and medical experts
Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of organization and coordination
Confident use of project management tools (Asana)
Interest in digital learning formats and AI-supported workflows
Excellent German and English skills
