You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Fluent German skills; good English skills are an advantage
You bring professional experience in the SAP HCM environment
Strong knowledge of ABAP and UI5, as well as the associated technologies and architectures
Good understanding of HCM data structures and modules
You demonstrate curiosity, a confident presence, responsibility, service orientation, and customer focus
You are willing to travel occasionally to client sites to work on-site (or to meet the wider team)
Desirable: Experience with cloud SAP architectures and tools such as BTP, BAS, etc.
You have an agile mindset and experience with agile project methods (e.g., Scrum)
