About this role
Role Overview
- You will join a multidisciplinary team made up of developers, a Quality Analyst, Product Manager, SRE and Security, building solutions that delight our customers;
- Participate in agile ceremonies with the team (follow-up, alignment, impediment removal, and planning);
- Contribute to the setup and configuration of environments, pipelines, and migrations;
- Monitor metrics and interpret them to assess team health and the pace of objectives, proposing improvements where needed throughout the process;
- Participate in defining and maintaining the squad's objectives;
- Implement features, work on bug fixes, and improve our products;
- Teach and learn continuously in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Programming language: Ruby
- Experience with the Rails framework
- Knowledge of dependency management
- Object-oriented programming
- SQL databases
- Experience with unit testing
- Git
- Best practices in security, testing and software development
- Experience consuming and developing APIs
- Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Experience developing code with asynchronous processing
- Experience with code review
