Act as the technical reference for the Personnel Department, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to internal policies;
Execute the main Personnel Department routines (hiring/onboarding, vacation management, leaves, payroll, benefits, personnel movements, and terminations), ensuring organization, efficiency, and timely delivery;
Process payroll and verify calculations, ensuring accuracy, consistency of information, and security of processes;
Ensure governance of labor obligations (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb), interfacing with accounting and finance teams;
Manage employee databases and documentation, ensuring data quality and providing support for audits;
Handle communications with employees and leadership, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and high-quality service;
Keep the employee journey in mind, seeking to simplify processes and improve the experience in Personnel Department matters;
Structure and improve internal processes, promoting standardization, efficiency, and risk reduction;
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in routines, systems, and departmental workflows.
Requirements
Experience in Personnel/Payroll, with hands-on involvement in the main routines of the area;
Knowledge of labor legislation and statutory obligations (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb or similar);
Experience with payroll systems and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems);
Ability to execute routines with organization, precision, and attention to detail;
Process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement;
Strong communication skills and ability to support employees and leadership;
Proactive, autonomous, and accountable for deliverables.
