Monitor daily production through SPC dashboards, yield/failure trends, contamination related and automation alerts to sustain assigned cleanroom processes
Lead troubleshooting with structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D, Fishbone, FMEA, DOE) and corrective action activities to restore process control
Provide fast response to process excursions, tool alarms, and contamination events including issue WIP disposition and containment actions as required
Optimize process parameters to meet KPIs also implement continuous improvement including yield, contamination, SPC stability, cycle time, and cost‑reduction initiatives
Lead process qualification, engineering builds, and NPD-related activities and long‑term reliability evaluations
Maintain POR, Work Instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and Risk Assessments
Apply AI/ML to improve yield, detect defects, and optimize process parameters include develop or support automated data dashboards, automated data analysis and early warning systems
Analyze process data using machine learning techniques such as anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Mechatronics, Data Science, Computer Science or Computer Engineering are preferable)
2–5 years of experience in high‑technology manufacturing (HDD, semiconductor, electronics device, etc.)
Experience in cleanroom operations, contamination control, and process engineering
Proficiency in data analysis using Minitab, JMP, or statistical tools
Strong understanding of SPC, DOE, and structured problem‑solving methodologies
Ability to learn and adapt to Advanced data science, AI/ML technologies
