About this role
Role Overview
Provide customer service in person, by phone, or by email, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Present products and services, highlighting features and benefits to generate customer interest.
Negotiate commercial terms, such as payment terms and discounts, aiming to close sales effectively.
Perform post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
Assist in prospecting new clients by making contacts and scheduling visits to present the company and its products.
Stay updated on the market and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
Participate in trainings and team meetings, sharing knowledge and contributing to achieving established targets.
Prepare sales reports, documenting activities performed, results obtained, and projections for the next period.
Requirements
Active CNPJ (MEI or ME) for issuing NFSe (electronic service invoice)
Preferably 2 years of proven experience in the industry
Active client portfolio within the segment
Own vehicle and availability for in-person visits
Established relationships with other represented brands
Experience with dairy products
Experience with Key Accounts
Operate exclusively as a sales representative
Knowledge of and experience with CRM systems
Residence within the target region of operation.
